How does it work?
Sharplight’s skin resurfacing treatments use an Er: YAG 2940nm Fractional Laser. The laser removes old skin and textural imperfections. This allows the kin to renew itself. Unlike standard lasers that ablate large areas of the skin, the Fractional Laser ablates only a fraction of the skin. It does this by creating micro columns in the skin.
The body automatically responds to this injury and creates new collagen and elastin to heal the skin. As a result of this process, the older skin is infused with newer, healthier skin which changes its complexion. The skin becomes firmer, tighter, and smoother, and age spots and other pigmentations are removed.

Although results are already apparent after the very first treatment, a minimum of 3 treatment sessions are recommended in order to reach visibly clear results. Treatments can take around 30-60 minutes depending on the area being treated.
